A one-of-a-kind allotment in Geelong West, OG Building Design went through the initial Concept Design, and amended Town Planning procedure. A new modern home under expressed gabled roofs gives this bespoke design a perfect place to call home. While later amendments presented a rear Unit opportunity to sub-divide a second adjoining allotment. - The whole sub-division called the β€œRope Run” development was an original rope making facilty in the 1800’s for the nearby Geelong shipping port. With one of the remaining sheds and historical equipment nearby, this site contained a 300 metre long rope making facility unique to the area, and only a stone’s throw to popular Pakington Street.
