Modern contemporary coastal with an industrial touch.

In construction, this new home in Ocean Grove all started with the owners wanting to keep the original house albeit partially intact, so while the design process took many turns, it was decided to completely remove the 70’s brick home and start from scratch. What resulted is a completely modern take on coastal living for the owners and families to enjoy for a very long time.
